Simon was appointed Director General on 1 January 2013.  Prior to this he held the position of Deputy Director General from July 2010 and before that was Director Industry Affairs covering the development, promotion and implementation of ERA's policies on air traffic infrastructure, user charges, airport matters, the environment and Air Transport Policy.

Paula is responsible for all business development, corporate communications, membership and publication activities within the ERA Directorate including  all major ERA events - the annual ERA General Assembly and the development and organisation of the ERA Regional Airline Conference.

Nick has overall responsibility to the Director General for the Directorate Regulatory Affairs Department activities including technical, safety, aviation security, crisis planning, environment, air transport policy and infrastructure. He represents ERA members interests on various EASA, ECAC, Eurocontrol and European Commission groups concerning future regulatory policy.

Lorna is responsible for finance administration and personnel activities for both ERA and ERA Communications Ltd, together with managing office facilities, premises and services.  She also oversees the Directorate's information technology activities.

Katie works within ERA's business development department and is responsible for membership recruitment and retention for the Association, as well as the management of the ERA website and the membership database. Katie is also responsible for running the Association's annual spring event, the Regional Airline Conference, she deputises for Paula Bangle in running the annual ERA General Assembly and is responsible for many key aspects of the event including the conference, event registration and accommodation and the annual ERA Awards programme.

Keith represents ERA members interests at external groups at EASA, Eurocontrol and the European Commission dealing with regulatory, technical, and safety matters, and coordinates consensus member inputs in these areas. He coordinates ERA Advisory Groups on Maintenance issues, and Air Safety and the Chief Financial Officer's Group for ERA members.

Celia is responsible for the editorial content of ERA's printed and electronic publications; Regional International, the annual ERA Yearbook and the weekly membership e-mail 'News Update'. She is also responsible for all Corporate Communications activities for the Association including media relations, social media and public relation activities.

Leo represents ERA members interests at external groups and undertakes work in the fields of the environment, passenger rights, bankruptcy protection, State Aid, airport matters and Air Transport Policy. He is responsible for the coordination of ERA's Industry Affairs advisory Group and CEFA Group.

Robert represents ERA members interests on various ECAC, EASA, Eurocontrol and European Commission groups dealing with regulatory, technical, navigational and air traffic matters, and coordinates consensus member inputs in these areas. He coordinates ERA operations and SESAR workshops, advisory Groups, electronic panels and technical forums for ERA members.
