1 Entries can be articles, editorials, news stories or features on intra-European air transport issues and published in print or web-based formats. Company and personal profiles will not be accepted.

2 Articles must have appeared in print or online between 1 August 2009 and 31 July 2010

3 A maximum of two entries per journalist is allowed.

4 Printed articles should be supplied as a PDF document of the original. For web-based articles, a copy must be submitted along with the address of the website and the date(s) of publication.

5 The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6 The deadline for submission of entries is 2 August 2010. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted.

7 All entries must be in English.

By submitting articles the entrant consents to the reprinting / duplication of their article(s) by the ERA Directorate.  The entrant also gives permission to the ERA Directorate to use the entrant's name and article (or articles) for promotional purposes.
