How to get there

Travel
Manchester is easy to access and is a short flight away from most European cities.


Air
Manchester Airport is approximately 20-minutes travelling distance by road from the city centre and has daily flights from most major European cities.

From the airport, trains to the city centre run every 15 minutes, into Manchester Piccadilly train station.  The average journey time is 20 minutes. Alternatively you can get a taxi to the city centre for approx GBP20 (€25).
 
Rail
 
Most major cities in the UK have direct train services into Manchester and high speed trains operating regularly between London and Manchester. For information on tickets and timetables visit National Rail Enquires
 

Road
Manchester can be easily accessed via road, with the ring road connecting Manchester to motorways north, south, east and west.
