David Manzanas, Binter

David has been the General Manager of Binter Airlines since 2017. He started to work in Naysa, a regional Company part of Binter group fourteen years ago, in the financial department. In this earliest years, as a pilot, he combined flying with the potholders positions of Head of ATO, Training Manager and Flight Operational Manager, and finally as Naysa General Manager he conducted the merger between Naysa and Binter Airline in 2017.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, an MBA and a Line Pilot Transport licence.

Jóhanna á Bergi, Atlantic Airways

Johanna was appointed the CEO of Atlantic Airways in 2015. Previously she was the CEO of the shipping and logistic company, Faroe Ship (2006-2015) owned by Icelandic Eimskip. She started her carrier as a sales manager for Faroe Seafood in France (1994-1998), followed by a position as sales and marketing director for JFK Seafood (1998-2015), which is both a ship-owner and runs fish processing plants. In addition to here leadership positions, she has held diverse board positions for the past several years.

Pierre-Olivier Bandet, HOP!

Bandet was appointed CEO of HOP! on 1 July 2019. With over 23 years of experience with Air France/Air France-KLM, he has served in various positions: operations research, network and fleet, marketing, crew rostering and cargo. Bandet was the Head of Public Affairs for Air France for four years, between 2013 and 2016. He is a member of Air France’s executive committee and sits on the boards of Transavia France and Air Corsica. He is also a Vice President of the FNAM (the association of French airlines, airports and ground handlers).

Martyn Holmes, Embraer

Since August 2020, Holmes is Chief Commercial Officer of Embraer Commercial Aviation. He has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry; from engineering, customer support, and for the last 15 years in sales and marketing. With experience globally for both an engine and aircraft OEM, Holmes has a proven track record in developing strong partnerships and driving growth in the business. 

Sandrine de Saint Sauveur, APG Airlines

de Saint Sauveur is the President & CEO of APG Airlines, one of the newest scheduled French airlines and part of the APG Group - itself a leader in the field of airline commercial and distribution services. She has an extensive knowledge of commercial and distribution for airlines which she shares already as a Board member of UATP and a teacher at the Enac in Toulouse (Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile).

Warner Rootliep, KLM Cityhopper

Rootliep became Managing Director of KLM Cityhopper in October 2017. Having lived abroad during his childhood in Bangladesh, India and Denmark, Rootliep finished school in the Netherlands. After receiving his Masters degree in Business Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam Rootliep followed Executive Management courses at Stanford University and at IMD in Lausanne.

Jasmin Bajić, Croatia Airlines

Bajić was appointed President & CEO of Croatia Airlines in 2017, after he had accumulated 32 years of experience in the area of commerce and business. He joined Croatia Airlines in 1995 and prior to his current position, he held managerial functions in the areas of corporate planning, strategy, fleet planning, network management, finance and controlling and internal audit. Bajić is also strongly dedicated to scientific work and is author of more than 35 publications, focusing on aviation industry, airline management and economics. 

Patrick Edmond, Shannon Airport

Edmond is an engineer by training and also holds an MBA and a Masters in Air Transport Management. He has lived and worked across Europe in for almost 20 years in commercial aviation, and speaks French and German as well as English and Irish. From 2013 to early 2019 he was Strategy Director at Shannon Group, the infrastructure group which owns and operates Shannon Airport, and he now acts as a strategic advisor to Shannon Group as well as serving as Managing Director of Altair Advisory, an aviation strategy consultancy, and holding a number of board roles.

Montserrat Barriga, ERA

Barriga has been ERA Director General since November 2017. She is responsible to ERA’s Board for the delivery and implementation of ERA’s strategy as well as the advocacy work of the association on policy and technical matters. Under her leadership, ERA is highlighting the aviation sector’s vital contribution to Europe’s future economic prosperity, particularly in the regions of Europe.
