- Hotel bookings can only be made for registered delegates or members intending to register to attend the event (members cannot book hotel accommodation via this method if they do not plan to attend the event).

- All reservations will be cross-referenced against the registrations listing to verify.
- Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from the hotel with your hotel reservation number.
- All delegates are advised that they are responsible for safekeeping of their personal property whilst at the hotel.
- All delegates are advised that the Le Méridien Nice is a smoke-free hotel.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LE MERIDIEN
- Up to Tuesday 14 March 2023, no charges will apply for full or part cancellation of a reservation.
- From Wednesday 15 March 2023, any room nights cancelled will be charged including full or part cancellation.
- Single occupancy is €189 per night and double occupancy is €204 per night. Rates are inclusive of breakfast, state and local taxes but exclude the current city tax of €2.20 per person, per night.
- Earliest check-in time is 15:00 Latest check-out time is 12:00.
- Hotel reservation cancellations or amendments should be made via the modify/cancel button in the hotel booking confirmation email received.

WARNING: ERA members are strongly advised to only book hotel accommodation at the event hotel via the ERA website for the 2023 ERA Regional Airline Conference. ERA and the ERA Regional Airline Conference is not affiliated with any external companies to sell hotel accommodation, therefore if you receive a phone call from a housing bureau, they are not authorised by ERA to contact you. Independent organisations or housing providers seem to offer lower rates, however they can be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be non-refundable. ERA and the ERA Regional Airline Conference will not be able to assist with any issues which may arise from booking through an independent organisation or housing provider.
