Phillip Ashley-Smith, PAS Aviation Group

For the last 25 years Phillip has led the PAS Aviation Group as founder and CEO.  Living in Switzerland with both British and Swiss nationality he has an in-depth understanding of pan European cultural differences, especially related to employment within the diverse aviation communities. With an aviation career spanning 40 years in operations, both on the ground and in the air, together with commercial expertise, the PAS Group provides flight crew (flight-deck and cabin) for leading airlines worldwide. Currently supporting airline operations in multiple jurisdictions across Europe, employing crews for many ERA member airlines, where the complexity of EU cross-border regulations has risen to new heights.
