2020 GA rescheduled

ERA General Assembly 13-15 October 2020 – change of plans

Due to the extraordinary situation created by COVID-19 and the priorities for our members and the overall industry, we are postponing and rescheduling our normal ERA General Assembly event (in its current format) until 2021 and in its place we will hold an informative conference and networking event for all members to attend later in the year.

The next ERA General Assembly will now therefore be held next year on 21-23 September 2021, at the same location as planned for this year’s event in Vilamoura, Portugal at the Tivoli Vilamoura Algarve Hotel. We did not arrive at this outcome lightly but believe this is the most responsible decision to make during these unprecedented times.

ERA Members’ Conference 2020 – this year’s alternative event
An alternative conference and networking event, to replace this year’s rescheduled General Assembly, will be planned and organised for later in the year, when we have a better understanding of the COVID-19 recovery process and when social distancing measures allow. 

The ERA Members’ Conference 2020 will be scheduled, if possible, at the same time as the planned General Assembly, around 13 to 15 October, in a new space and location, details to be confirmed. If it is not possible to hold a membership gathering at this time, we will push the date back to November. Further details about this alternative members’ conference will be announced in due course; please be patient with us as we make these new arrangements.  Members wishing to sponsor and support this new event this year should contact lauren.reading@eraa.org for further details.
