Henrik Morch, DG Competition, Director for Transport, Post and other Services, European Commission

Henrik Morch has held the position of the DG Competition, Director for Transport, Post and other Services at the European Commission since 2016. He is a lawyer by profession and joined the Commission in 1992 where he worked in DG Competition until 2001. Since then he has held various positions including Member of Cabinet of Commissioner Poul Nielson in charge of Development and Humanitarian Aid in 2001-2004, Member of Cabinet of Marian Fischer Boel in charge of Agriculture in 2004-2005, DG Internal Market and services, Head of Unit for Legal Affairs in 2005-2011, DG Internal Market, Head of Unit for Single Market policy in 2011-2015 and DG Competition, Head of Unit & Acting Director for Transport, Post and other Services in 2015.
