ERA has negotiated discounted hotel accommodation for ERA General Assembly delegates at the event venue, the Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento hotel. Bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and delegates are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
Please note the following conditions:
- Hotel bookings can only be made for registered delegates or members intending to register to attend the event (you cannot book hotel accommodation via this method if you do not plan to attend the event).
- Please note the cancellation terms and conditions listed below associated with hotel reservations made via the ERA website.

- Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from the hotel with a reservation number.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bookings via this link are for registered delegates attending the ERA General Assembly 2024 only.
- Double room (single occupancy) rate is €198 per night, double room rate is €225 per night and twin room rate is €236. Rates are inclusive of breakfast and 10% VAT.
- Earliest check-in time is 15:00 Latest check-out time is 12:00.
- No penalties will be charged for cancellations up to 31 days prior to the date of arrival. From 30 days prior to the date of arrival, all cancellations including 'no shows' full or part cancellations will be charged in full.

WARNING: ERA members are strongly advised to only book hotel accommodation at the event hotel via the ERA website for the 2024 ERA General Assembly. ERA and the ERA General Assembly is not affiliated with any external companies to sell hotel accommodation, therefore if you are contacted by a housing bureau, they are not authorised by ERA. Independent organisations or housing providers seem to offer lower rates however they can be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be non-refundable. ERA and the ERA General Assembly will not be able to assist with any issues which may arise from booking through an independent organisation or housing provider.
