The European Commission (DG COMP) recently launched a public consultation on the review of the Digital Markets Act that is due by 3 May 2026. The Commission will later review every three years and report on the results.
The consultation is structured as follows:
- List of Core Platform Services and designation of gatekeepers
- Obligations
- Enforcement
- Implementing Regulation and procedure
- Effectiveness and impact on business users and end users of the DMA
- Additional comments and attachments
The deadline for feedback is 24 September. ERA will share a draft response in the coming days.
