Giulia has over 20 years of experience advising national and international clients on all aspects of corporate and contract law. She has strong expertise in cross-border transactions and international private law and is the founder of the Brussels-based independent law firm Kadrant.
She is recognised by leading legal directories as a leading individual in aviation and transport law, advising clients on a wide range of aviation- and transport-related matters, including asset finance and leasing, regulatory issues, carrier liability, and litigation.
In addition to her aviation and transport practice, Giulia is highly regarded for her work in the not-for-profit sector, advising NGOs, international and national associations, foundations, and lobbying and trade organisations. Her work in this area includes corporate governance, general corporate and contractual matters, and litigation. She also serves on the boards of several associations, giving her an in-depth and practical understanding of the not-for-profit sector.
Giulia is an accredited mediator. She holds an LL.M. in International and European Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Diplôme d’Études Universitaires Français from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
She is fluent in English, French, and Italian, with a working knowledge of Dutch.
Giulia publishes regularly on selected legal topics and is frequently invited to speak at major sector-specific seminars and events.
