Tiago Santos currently serves as President of the SATA Group, having assumed leadership of the airline in January 2026, after assuming, since 2024, the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Since taking on the role, Tiago Santos has been focused on stabilizing the Group’s performance, improving operational reliability and ensuring the balance between commercial objectives and SATA’s long-standing public service mission. Under his leadership, the airline continues to strengthen its position as a key enabler of territorial cohesion, economic development and social support in the Region.
