Jasmin Bajić, Croatia Airlines

Jasmin Bajić, who was appointed President & CEO of Croatia Airlines in 2017, started his professional career in 1983 in the Organizing Committee of the XIV Winter Olympic Games, which were held in Sarajevo in 1984, and from 1984 to 1994 he worked at the Sarajevo Olympic Centre. Since January 1995, he has been employed at Croatia Airlines, where for more than 30 years he performed various management positions, including corporate planning, strategy, fleet planning, network management, finance and controlling.

Since 2018, he has been elected three times to the Board of the European Association of Regional Airlines (ERA), and from March 2024 he was elected member of the Board of Governors of IATA (International Air Transport Association).

During his professional career, he was also active in scientific research in the field of the air transport industry and published more than 30 scientific publications. He is the co-author of the book Airline Management and the university textbook Air Transport Planning.
