Victoire Totah is Director of Strategy and Development at Edeis Concessions, overseeing the growth and positioning of a network of 20 regional airports in France and the Overseas Territories. She represents both Nîmes and Tours Airports, members of the European Regions Airline Association (ERA), in their shared ambition to enhance regional connectivity.
Both Nîmes and Tours are regional airports striving for development while facing significant regulatory and environmental constraints stemming from French and European frameworks. Totah works to balance these challenges with growth opportunities by fostering partnerships with airlines, OEMs and institutional stakeholders.
With nearly two decades of experience in aviation, Totah has built her career across commercial, business, and low-carbon aviation. At Edeis, she leads the group’s air service development, defines strategic orientations for airport operations and communication, and drives market expansion through innovation and collaboration.
Before joining Edeis, she held senior leadership roles at TAG Aviation, Wijet and Aero Capital, where she advanced international sales, aircraft management and charter activities.
A graduate in International and Business Law from Panthéon-Assas and Paris Descartes Universities, she is passionate about sustainable aviation and committed to redefining the role of regional airports in Europe’s future mobility landscape.
