The first meeting of 2026 of the ERA Industry Affairs Group (IAG) and Environmental & Social Group (ESG) will take place online on Tuesday 27 January 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00 CET via Microsoft Teams.

This joint meeting will bring together members to exchange on key industry, regulatory, sustainability and environmental matters relevant to regional aviation, including ERA’s strategic priorities for 2026.

About the group

The ERA Environmental & Social Group (ESG) provides a dedicated platform for members to address key environmental and social challenges shaping the future of aviation. Discussions cover sustainability, regulatory developments, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, pilot and skills shortages.

The ERA Industry Affairs Group (IAG) focuses on the wider aeropolitical and regulatory landscape, covering policy developments, market trends and key industry affairs issues impacting regional aviation. Through informed discussions, members contribute to shaping ERA’s positions and influencing European policymakers.

To maximise engagement and cross-industry collaboration, both groups meet alongside each other, allowing members to participate in discussions across these interrelated areas.
