Slaven Žabo is a commercial executive with over two decades of experience in the aviation sector, currently serving as Director of the Commercial Division at Croatia Airlines. In this role, he oversees teams across marketing, sales, customer service, and operational purchasing, driving strategic growth and digital transformation initiatives. Developing, planning and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
Previously, Žabo managed the airline’s ground operations division, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance and safety across multiple locations. His expertise spans commercial strategy, operations management and customer focused innovation.
He is Chairman of the Air Transport Association at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
