The ERA Regional Airline Conference 2026, ERA’s popular first event of the new year, will take place in Belgrade, Serbia on 1112 March. ERA members will gather for two days of informative conference sessions and excellent networking opportunities, allowing delegates to connect with colleagues from ERA’s membership and industry, representing over 220 businesses across the aviation ecosystem including senior leaders from ERA’s 55 airline members. Registration is open. Please note this event is for ERA members only.

This is a members-only event, with a limited number of places available for non-member companies interested in joining ERA. Please refer to the ‘Non-members’ section for details on how to apply for these spaces.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received from 25 February onwards will not be valid for a refund, however, registrations can be transferred to a colleague upon request.

Attendance rates
Airline members

  • First two delegates: Free of charge (discount code provided to all member airlines).
  • Third delegate onwards: £325 (approx. €375) per person + VAT.

 

Non-airline members

  • £610 (approx. €700) per person + VAT.

Delegates attending the event can enjoy special rates at the event venue, the Crowne Plaza Belgrade, Vladimira Popovića 10, Belgrade 11070, Serbia. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Important information

  • Hotel bookings are exclusively for event delegates. All reservations will be cross-checked against registrations.
  • Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from the hotel, including your reservation number.
  • The ERA events team cannot amend hotel reservations. For any changes, please contact the hotel directly at BEGCP.reservations@ihg.com.

 

Room rates and terms
Standard room: €175 (single occupancy) / €195 (double occupancy)
Club room: €210 (single occupancy) / €230 (double occupancy)

 

  • Rates include VAT and breakfast.
  • Rates do not include city tax of 160 dinars (approx. €1.40) per day (subject to change).
  • Earliest check-in time is 15:00 Latest check-out time is 12:00.
  • Hotel reservations may be cancelled before 18:00 local hotel time on 7 February without penalty. Cancellations after this date will result in a charge of 2 nights per room.
  • A deposit of 2 nights is due at the time of booking.

Tourism is a powerful lever for boosting the growth of regional economies. This session will explore how Europe can unlock its full tourism potential while ensuring long term environmental and social sustainability. How can governments, tourism bodies, airlines, airports and regulators work together on policies and infrastructure to create high-quality, year-round tourism that supports local economies without overwhelming them? Panellists will discuss practical pathways to delivering sustainable tourism that is resilient, inclusive and supports Europe’s regions.

In this session we will hear the story of how Air Serbia has evolved into one of Europe’s most dynamic and rapidly expanding regional carriers with the support of aircraft manufacturers. Jiri Marek, CEO of Air Serbia, will outline the airline’s priorities and future trajectory. Leaders from Airbus, ATR and Embraer will then join the CEO for a deeper look at their partnerships. The discussion will explore how close OEM–airline collaboration informs fleet strategy, enhances operational efficiency and supports the development of regional destinations.

Airport
Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport is the closest airport to the event venue, approximately 15km or a 20-minute drive to/from the event venue. See www.beg.aero for more information.

Taxis
A fixed-price voucher can be purchased from one of the kiosks in the baggage claim area, and should cost 2700 Serbian dinar (approximately €20). Uber is not available in Serbia.

Public transport
The number 72 bus goes from the airport to the city centre at a cost of 80 dinar (approximately 70 cents). All public transport within the city is free of charge.

Attendance at the ERA Regional Airline Conference is exclusive to ERA members only, however a limited number of places are available for non-member company representatives interested in joining the association who have not previously attended an ERA event. This is a great opportunity to experience one of our events before becoming a member.

If your company has never attended this conference and you would like to take part, please email events@eraa.org with your attendance request and company details. If you meet the eligibility criteria, our team will provide a registration link for you to complete your booking. Places are limited to two per non-member company. The non-member registration rate is £1,650 (approx. €1,900) + VAT. Non-member places at the event are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
