Registration for the ERA General Assembly 2026, in Belfast, Northern Ireland on 68 October, is open! The highlight of the ERA calendar, this years conference will focus on the theme: The future of regional aviation: connectivity at a crossroads. ERA members will gather for topical conference sessions and quality networking in a vibrant exhibition hub. The event includes a range of exciting social gatherings, allowing delegates to connect with colleagues from ERA’s membership, representing over 220 businesses across the aviation ecosystem including senior leaders from ERA’s 58 airline members.

Attendance rates

Airline members

  • First three delegates: Free of charge (via discount code provided to all member airlines).
  • Third delegate onwards: £390 (approx. €450) per person + VAT.

 

Non-airline members

  • First delegate: £390 (approx. €450) per person + VAT (via discount code provided to all companies).
  • Subsequent delegates: Early rate (up to 3 August): £650 (approx. €750) per person + VAT. Late rate (from 4 August onwards): £700 (approx. €800) per person + VAT.

 

Spouses

  • Accompanying a full delegate for evening events only: opening welcome reception, the gala dinner and cocktail reception: £225 (approx. €260) per person + VAT.

 

Refunds are available up until 8 September 2026. Cancellations received on or after 9 September 2026 will not be valid for a refund, but registrations can be transferred to a colleague upon request.

Delegates attending the event can enjoy special rates at the nearby Hilton Belfast at a special discounted rate. This modern riverside hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from the event venue and half a mile from the bustling city centre. Rooms are offered to delegates at a special rate of £179 per night (approx. €207) including VAT and breakfast.

Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and delegates are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.

  • Hotel bookings are exclusively for event delegates. All reservations will be cross-checked against registrations.
  • Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from the hotel, including your reservation number.
  • A credit card is required to reserve your accommodation.
  • Free cancellation is available before 11:59 PM local hotel time on 22 September 2026. After this date you will be charged for the entire length of stay.
  • For any changes, cancellations or upgrades to hotel reservations, email belfast@hilton.com. The ERA events team cannot amend hotel reservations.

Set in the heart of the global aircraft leasing industry, this session will explore the trends shaping a sector that underpins modern aviation, with Ireland managing a significant share of the world’s leased aircraft. Panellists will discuss consolidation, financing models, resilience amid supply constraints and shifting demand, as well as how lessors can support access to next-generation aircraft. The session will also look ahead to how innovation, particularly artificial intelligence, could shape future leasing strategies and asset management.

The ERA General Assembly 2026 will be held at the ICC Belfast, 2 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3WH, Northern Ireland

Belfast is served by two airports. Belfast City Airport is a 10-minute drive from the venue and Belfast International Airport is a 30-minute drive. Public transport options are also available from both airports to Lanyon Place. In addition, Dublin Airport offers further international route options and is around 2 hours by car or public transport.

The ERA General Assembly, our flagship annual event, brings together airline CEOs, senior industry leaders and key decision-makers to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of regional aviation.

With more than 400 delegates from across ERA’s membership, including 50+ airlines, as well as airports, manufacturers, suppliers and aviation stakeholders, the General Assembly is a key event on the European aviation calendar.
